All material posted in the Shamash archives are the
property of their respective providers and managers. You are
given permission to take these files and use them for your own
purposes and redistribute them, with the following restrictions.
- When redistributing files, you must keep the files intact.
They must be redistributed without modification.
- You must include the author attribution with every file.
- You must include a comment noting that the files were
retreived from the Shamash archives.

selections from our files
We freely permit this with the following provisions:
If you put our material into your local web or gopher site, you must
include a menu item describing Shamash: The Jewish Network and
noting that the items came from Shamash. If you echo our material as
local news groups you must put that statement in your local
"announcements" or "general" newsgroup every three weeks, and if
you have any type of menu shell for your users that can be used
to reach our material locally on your system you must put that
descriptive file as a menu item.
